They talked to a guy in space who spent a year in the space station pretty much all by himself, except when they were delivering groceries, how they said, did you make it in that kind of social business thing?

Like light years? And he said one word - routine. He said, you got to go to bed same time. Get up at the same time, have your meals at thesSame time. Meditation, same time, exercise, same time your Netflix same time. And I would also add to that, keep your media consumption to an hour or so a day. and pick your sources.
