Hi there! My name is Jen. It's nice to meet you. I am an experienced emergency room nurse, wife, mother of two teens and a Christian writer. I have been blogging for over eleven years and run two different niche websites. InspiringSavings.com (craft, receipts & home keeping tips) - Start up 2011 JenSchreiner.com (faith-based women's website) - Start up - 2020 I currently work from home full-time managing both websites. My passion is to help women to navigate through their difficult experiences by removing their focus from their plan b's to fortify a stronger relationship with Christ. I can understand fully, as I have navigated through a thyroid cancer diagnosis, working as a full-time RN to becoming a full-time stay-at-home parent. Amid these changes, I took control instead of handing it over to God. What entailed was nothing less than a big mess. God remained faithful, pulled me from the darkness, and taught me how to surrender to Him. Now I can say my life has forever been changed. My passion is to help women to overcome their desire to control their circumstances by shifting their mindset. Growth with God is good, not limiting.
