He is a patented inventor and has worked on global projects in the United States, China, and India. Mr. Fairweather has served in various capacities within city, state, and federal agencies, as well as community-based for-profit and non-profit organizations, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on social, academic, and economic issues related to entrepreneurship, re-entry, and community development. Key Accomplishments: Developed Teen Reach entrepreneurial programs across Illinois. Initiated the Chicago Urban League's first successful entrepreneurship program.
