I'm a Founder/CEO, Commercial Broker, Investor, and Strategic C-Suite Connector with a unique approach to doing business

I’ve been a commercial broker for over 23 years, representing business as they lease, buy, and sell office, industrial, medical, cannabis and retail space. I’m also part of a team developing over $150M of hotels across the country. The approach I take is bigger than just completing transactions. It’s about a “giver’s gain” philosophy, whereby I seek to bring value to my clients and partners through strategic introductions to potential new clients, as well as to other professionals who can assist them with various aspects of their real estate or their business. I was taught by my father that “a rising tide lifts all boats” and an understanding that helping others will ultimately bring not just a wonderful sense of gratification, but success, back to oneself. I also find ways to support my network through education. I’ve been a guest on scores of podcasts and webinars, featured in magazines, and a guest professor at a handful of universities in Chicago. I’ve been named one of The Most Influential Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Chicago by Crain’s, and won or been a finalist for numerous broker awards by the IL Real Estate Journal. I post monthly written and video blogs about the current state of the CRE market, and adjacent topics. Beyond brokering deals, I’m also a seasoned real estate investor in residential, industrial and medical office properties. I am looking for more podcast opportunities to delve into the dynamic world of commercial real estate or entrepreneurship, and offer the audience my unique perspective and insights on brokering and investing in today’s market.
